The HelloGuest Hotel app enables a 360° guest journey and digitalizes hotel processes simply and easily. Hotels log in and can start immediately. The app can be used without download as a web-based solution and as a native app (via download in the app stores).
The HelloGuest Hotel app offers the following functions: mobile, legally compliant check-in and check-out, room access via Bluetooth, digital guest directory, direct payment option including bill splitting for business/private, push notifications to the guest, direct guest communication via live chat, tips in the immediate vicinity (leisure, shopping, cinema, etc.) and integration of hotel systems such as Protel, Oracle, Infor, Sihot and many more.
Instead of a standard guest directory, there are two solutions: the digital guest directory on a tablet or on the TV in the hotelroom. Both options include the same features.
Smaller hotels like to use the HelloGuest TV app. This upgrades every TV in the hotel room cost-effectively to a modern Smart-TV. The overall solution, consisting of the HelloGuest platform and the HelloGuest TV app, offers guests a uniquely digital experience on maximum screen size. Guests can take advantage of all the benefits of the digital Guest directory directly on the TV in the hotel room. You can order room service, read the Guest ABC and get information about tourist activities and events.
HelloGuest's check-in terminal is the solution for hotels which want to offer their guests self-check-in and check-out. There, guests can check in with the registration form in accordance with the law, pay, obtain the room card and check out again.
The ease-of-use for the hotel operator and the guest characterizes the self-check-in station. The ergonomic design and clean interface make it easy for older guests to find their way around the hotel on arrival and departure.
The self-check-in station is integrated into the HelloGuest platform and is therefore connected to all existing hotel systems such as PMS, door locking system and payment.
